Effective advocacy relies on strong communication between the AMSA executive and members of the organisation. This should occur through a bidirectional relationship with the AMSA council and Standing Committees for specific issues. 

Additionally, tools such as the Weekly Update and Huddle must be incorporated into this pathway to maximize the efficiency and ease of information sharing and input from all parties involved.  

The model below suggests how our bid team would utilise both our members and technological resources to advocate successfully on many issues.
